116b cap polarity - Danny - 12-20-2014

caps (100) and (101 x 2) Can someone please tell me the proper polarity ? This has
always confused me, but I'm easily confused. Cannot read either of these two caps
because of rust and grime.  Both are isolated from chassis ground. Thanks in advance.

Caps 100 and the part of 101 that connect between the xfmr centertap and the choke have their plusses to the choke.

Cap 101 connected between the centertap and the GND. has its plus to the GND.
