open oscillator xfer coil - fenbach - 01-17-2021

how critical is the number of windings? the break is on the top most winding. could i get by with 2 fewer wraps? just curious. i have become rather proficient by now at replacing/rewinding the outer coil.

If by "2 fewer wraps" you mean two turns, then yes.

Thanks Ron. I did mean 2 turns. Guess I was hungry when I wrote that. I’ll let you know how it works with fewer turns.
