Bakelite Block Question - n9vu - 12-02-2006

As long as I've been rebuilding bakelite blocks with success, I seem to be having a brain flatchulent.

3903-K .01 1-2-4-7 - - - - - - 1-7

This is the information for a 3903 k bakelite block. I'm confused at this point. Does this mean there is 1 .01 cap only in this setup that only utilizes connections 1 and 7?
