Guys,
I'm recreating the labels for my 60B from pictures I took before restoration. They are the Cabinet Part Number" label and the "Serial Number" label. My names given to these labels. I've recreated them from the pictures and I believe they are very close to the originals.
My question is does anybody know or can give me a good guess what color the ink was used back in 1936 to fill out these labels? I'm including the labels and I can make out most of the faded ink writing, which I'd like to recreate. I'm thinking black myself.
Thanks for the help. BTW, if I posted this in the wrong section go ahead and move it. I thought it would get more exposure here rather than in my restoration thread.
