The set of beitmans that I have looks like 9-19 or 9-18, 8-19, 8-18
I have been to all for no bolo.

There doesn't seem to be a 38-62 on Nostalgia Air, but they do have a 37-62. From the descriptions in the photo gallery, it sounds as though the 37-62 might have carried over into 1938 as the 38-62 with little change. http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/211/M0013211.htm

You can no doubt get a 38-62 Philco service package from Chuck Schwark. http://www.philcorepairbench.com/schematics.htm These packages are well worth it.
