Question about Philco M-1430

I recently came across a Philco M-1430 portable record player/phonograph. I've tried to do some research on this particular model but have been unsuccessful. I was wondering if anyone knew if this is rare or potentially valuable? It's in pretty good condition and still plays with no problems. It has all the original paperwork. Any help would be appreciated!
