Tube Suppliers
#1

I am restoring a Philco 38-12 and in need of the following tubes, 41, 75, 78 and 6A7. Used tubes are ok. Any suggestions what suppliers would offer the best pricing? Thanks.

Getting back to tubes,

VTI in Florida is a great place run by an honest guy.

I'll second Conelrad's recommendation on VacuumTubesInc.com.

I've ordered from Jim a couple of times and also spoke with him on the phone once or twice. He's super nice and super helpful.

It's not how bad you mess up, it's how well you can recover.

I'm also restoring a 38-12. I found some great prices, as always, at AES. http://www.tubesandmore.com/
