A 9 tuber with a c7 bulb under the chassis.

Sure sounds like 15X. At least that's the only one I've seen with the light under the chassis.

Are you sure it's only got 9 tube sockets?

   

P.S. - Don't take this the wrong way... but the condition looks a little rough.

Nathan is correct. Only model 15 has the light receptacle under the chassis.

Also notice the shadowmeter. The only chassis of that style which has a shadowmeter is model 15.
