41-220 chassis question

Hey guys,
I was wondering if someone here could tell me if the chassis for a 41-221 is the same or similar to the 41-220? I have an empty 41-220 case that I would like to make whole again. There is a seller on Ebay right now with a 41-221 Philco with a trashed cabinet. They have a whacked out "buy it now" of $49.99 but also has a "make an offer". If this chassis will fit in my case I would shoot him a lowball offer and see if he bites. Thanks!

Looks like the only difference is that the '220 has the old police band and the 221 has a higher freq SW band. I think your good.
