Now that we're just about settled into our home on the mountain, and the wife gave the OK for putting the 39-45 in the living room, I gave it a quick run through the Shortwave bands to see what was on out there.
Got something in Russian language just below 6MHz really clear.
Also listened to some smoove jazz out of Maine. 

It's been a long time since I've done that. And the 39-45 is my best performer.
It's not how bad you mess up, it's how well you can recover.
