Philco Model 37-620

Would anyone know what version Philco model 37-620 the attached image is? I do need a schematic for this version.

I copied and pasted the link and opened it in a new tab (using win 7). The image came up OK. I used photobucket to save the image from my computer and upload to the Forum. Guess I did something wrong if you can't open the image.
