38-10 dial/pilot light
#1

Hi All! Relatively new to the hobby but enjoying immensely.  I have repaired my 38-10 to good working order however , despite the slit in the dial for a light, there is no pilot/dial light assembly and no evidence of any clipped lines that once fed a light.  It must have had a dial light or there wouldn't be a slit for it to shine thru.  Would someone be kind enough to advise me as to possible hook up points and proper bulb? All comments greatly appreciated.

I have not worked on a 38-10 so can only go by the schematic info. The pilot lamp is a 34-2064 which translates to a #44 bulb (see https://philcoradio.com/library/index.php/parts/lamps/)

It connects into the filament string and ground. You can see the back of a 38-10 with the pilot lamp in its cone shaped housing in the photo on the following thread: https://philcoradio.com/phorum/showthrea...#pid176924

Thanks!  This is just what I've been looking for!
