Source for philco rubber washers for tuning caps

I have a Philco chassis model 319[Canadian] code 123... I would like a source for the rubber washers that hold the tuning caps in place.
I did check various sites but can't seem to find the right one. I know someone here has the answers for me.. thanks Dan
