Pix of a Repro P-15-B5 BC battery for a Model 024 Siggy Gen
#1

Here they are--all done. Just pop in 15 AA batteries, and it's all set to go.

Tapped at 3, 4.5, 16.5 and 22.5 volts. Made to look, fit and work like the original.

Dang! Awsome repro! Icon_eek

I assume the cardboard flap is not glued for replacement purposes? Local printer doing the die-cut and printing? or you??

Is the cardboard litho'ed? Or laser? Who is your source for the multi-pin sockets? Johnson? Keystone? Cambion?

Wow, so many questions - I'm not trying to do you in, just plain curious......I thought I was anal - great work there.

Now I have to restore one of my Mystery Controls so I can show it off with one of your battery packs!!

The bottom flap is the access panel. Topside is glued down.

The cover is directly printed off an inkjet. Designed on Paint Shop Pro. I'd prefer color laser, but the price is a little rich for my blood

Who is your source for the multi-pin sockets?

Homemade! The 9 volt clips come from Mouser Electronics. They are soldered directly to the distribution board.
