Philco Model 42-1002 Code 122
#1

I have a Philco Model 42-1002 Code 122 that my parents had in the 1940s.

I side the back there is a label which states:
Built for Television Sound
The Wireless Way when used with Philco Television Picture Receiver
Need No Wires, plug in or Connection of any kind.

The wiring and tubes look in pretty good condition except that the power cord is in bad shape.

I am trying to determine if the radio has any value other than it brings back a lot of memories.

Does anyone have any info about this model!

It's not a terribly collectable radio, a fairly basic radio phonograph. But if it has value to you that's what's important. That being said it's a relatively inexpensive radio to restore too, and the phonograph is a simple single speed unit without a changer mechanism.

Yes, in those it is. In 20/90 it is a metal spring that holds the rotor in the cradles of the outer walls.morzh — 01:39 PM
