Introduction
#1

Hello all, my name is John, and I just recently became an instant Philco collector when I bought three consoles in one day.

They were a 39-85 farm console (looking for a new home), a 42-1010 radio-phono console which has found a new home with another collector , and a 46-480 am-fm-sw console which will be the keeper.

My other radios range from a 1920's homebrew regen, a c. 1927 American Bosch Cruiser, to a T-O T600.

Most recent project was restoring a 1951 RCA bakelite x551 for a friend.

Current projects are restoring my test equipment, an EICO VTVM, a Supreme and a Radio City Signal Generator.

Looking forward to dropping in frequently and learning more about these great old radios.

John
