Anyone have a 41-608? help please
#1

I have a 41-608 that I recapped and I believe I have a cap with 1 leg in the wrong position. The unit worked after I replaced all the coupling caps and I foolishly moved one leg of one of them and now does not work. I have been over the schematic many times and can't seem to find it. This was a stupid mistake and I am fairly new to this. Anyone have one of these and can get some pictures of the underside of the chassis where the couplers are soldered? I know its a long shot but have to ask. Thanks in advance for any help. This is a wonderful radio and want to see it live again!

Where is the side that is connected connected to???

They are all hooked up, and according to the schemantic, correctly. I know theaudio side is working, I get a nice hum when I touch the volume control.

What cap is it?
#5

Its one of the. 05s that run beside the XXL tube and the 1st. Rf tube 7b7. There is a strip of tie points and I think Its one of those.

Also, this is a 122 model.

Give us a reference number from the schematic for the component(s) in question, so we are starting from the same place.
