Rubber tuner supports for 38-116 witch ones to use GPH-690-RF or GPH-RF neither one seems right these are from Renovated radios?

I would use the GPH-690-RF. The RF units in the 38-116 and the 38-690 are the same size, so should use the same mounting grommets.
