Philco 53A floor model
#1

Hello everyone, I am new here and new to restoring antique radios. I am having some difficulty finding the schematics on a Philco I recently picked up in Ontario. I presume it's Canadian but cannot find the schematics on this Philco site or Nostalgiair. Is there anyone who knows this model and has a schematic or could point me to a site that may have it.
Thanks,
Charles

It looks like the 53AX is a console from the 1942 season, which has no USA equivalent.

Have you tried Just Radios?

Take Ron's advice, Dave at Just radios should be able to help you out.

Thanks guys, I think I might have found it here at radio codegods . This is a 53 model not a 53A but the tube chassis layout is exactly the same. I have not looked at the actual electronics under the chassis yet though. Perhaps its electrically the same
here it is http://radio.codegods.net/node/7036
