I have a 116B that needs a dial escutcheon/dial glass cover. I saw one for sale for a Philco 645. Are these interchangable? They both appear to hav a shodow meter.

No, they are not the same. The 116 requires a larger (taller) escutcheon than the 640.

Thank you Ron, you just spared me from buying the wrong escutcheon. Are there other models that use the same size escutcheon as the 116B?

Only the following use the escutcheon you need:

116, 660, 665, 680.
