You are in a dilemma indeed, Jeff. It's a shame that Imperial Windsor is missing all of its electronics.
Here is the difference:
The Windsor is just the lower cabinet (with all of the associated electronics, of course).
The Imperial Windsor (also known by some as the Windsor Imperial) includes the upper cabinet with TV.
I've seen an Imperial Windsor in someone's collection. Very huge...and very impressive.
