Beside me much information about issue in USSR radio on licenses USA. I their shall demonstrate. This is a great history cooperation two countries. Russian SVD such as the RCA 140, only the shell of another. Not such an exquisite. But in Russia, this beloved machine. Russian TM-8 - translational variant of SVD. No speaker. Very rare. I do not know whether that was in the United States.
