Ok, Found something else.. Looking at the schematic Pin 4 of T400 should go to the C402 .1 mf cap. Pin 4 of mine goes to Ground.. Is this right???Looks like a factory solder.. But it gets grounded at the Variable Cap..

See pictures.. Looks like a wire never ran to to C402...

Why would that terminal be grounded.. Is it wrong or schematic??
