There's a schematic with caps listed on Nostalgiaair and the the Audiophool site has a clearer copy of the service bulletin here: http://www.audiophool.com/Philco.html but at the moment that site seems to be down. Hopefully it comes back up soon. Usually only the electrolytic and paper caps need replacing. Check resistors as well, the sometimes need replacement.
