I was about to suggest to beef up 25V winding and use the 12V tubes filaments setialized in pairs, 12K7 pair and 12Sa7 and 12sq7. You will need 0.3+0.15+0.15= 0.6A @25V.
And of course 6V winding and the B+ one.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
