Ok Houston we have a problem.. Completed the Recap and Resistor replacement.. Powered up and at 115 Volts reading .40 Amps Looked good..

But when trying to receive stations I get scratchy sounds .. I did RX a strong station.. I measured the tuning Cap to ground and it reads about 6.5 Ohms.. I think I need to take Cap out for a good cleaning..

What should I use to clean Cap.. With out damage.. After I get it out I will measure it again before Cleaning to see if I still get a Ohm reading..
