Pretty dirty but that can be cleaned up. It's missing a #80 tube but don't need to run out and get as there some work to do beforehand.

Regarding the work to be done before I get a tube I know the first thing to do would be to replace the caps. In your expert opinion would you replace the wiring underneath as well?
