bakelite block question

I took a look at the schematic and saw only one #46 cap, screen bypass for the IF amp stage. The parts list sez it's a .1mfd (probably 400v) it doesn't say dual so I'm thinking it's a single unit. Have a look at the eyelet to see if the center terminal has a wire coming up thru it.
As mention .09 hasn't been a standard value for a million years.
