That is odd...

An example of this would be an unusual Zenith I have which has fold out doors with record slots.

It would seems strange to use them to alter acoustics, but I cannot see what other function they would have.

I guess it doesn't matter, you have a wonderful rare Philco! Icon_e_biggrin
