Here is what mine looks like.. Defiantly looks like a replacement.. I tried to measure it and readings were way off..

Will have to get some caps as I do not have any of those values in stock..
Really have no clue how to do this as the can was in backward with the mounting .. and the terminal strip was flipped around and put on other end of can..
