Hello Frederic . I live in an area bordered by Romania - a little over 100 miles to the border. But I have never traveled there because there is no way to go there - there is no tube radio, they were not made there. . ... 
And I like only those countries where you can buy an old lamp radio. 
Another thing is Hungary and Austria - there are very interesting copies of antique radio engineering.To the Hungarian border I am much closer - only 50 miles.
