Yesterday I glued the cap back together, have just installed it. The underchassis drawing is pretty detailed and together with labeling and good layout (this one is not overcrowded) it wasn't difficult.
Whew! Done with the recap! Resistors all seem to be ok.
Now, first a bottle of Warsteiner (could you imagine, Ron, it is still the same pack from.....5 weeks ago? I really need to do something about my having cut down on beer. It's a disgrace.) Then - tube check and, should everything check out ok, the power-up.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
