Thanks Bill.  In this picture, the red wire is the one in question.  I've drawn a blue line to indicate the terminal it's connected to at this end.  It's FS4 rear terminal 4.  There's also a pink wire on this terminal that goes into the IF can (marked 145 on the Sam's schematic).
   
The other end goes to a terminal strip where it connects to C37 and R89.  Here is a shot of the entire wire with both ends marked with a blue line.
   
There are two terminal strips there.  The red wire connects to the left-most terminal on the right-most terminal strip in this picture.
