Philco model 84 1/35
#3

Terry

You are correct, sir.

I've seen that version of the 84B (second version, btw) with two different patterns of cloth. One is a diamond pattern similar to this:

http://www.radiodaze.com/grille-cloth-05-item-grc05/

The other is what is commonly known as "70/90" cloth but in copper (no longer available). You are now limited to these choices (close but not exact, and gold/whiskey in color instead of copper):

http://www.radiodaze.com/grille-cloth-02-item-grc02/
https://www.ebay.com/itm/183963258584

I think I would use the diamond pattern. If you get that, do note that the thin green lines should be oriented vertically (up and down), not horizontally.

Good luck - and get it while you can. Radio Daze is discontinuing basically everything except reproduction graphics, so when their grille cloth is gone, it's gone and we'll have even less choices available.
