I agree with Chuck that you have a TH-14 or TH-16 chassis, due to the design of the dial face.

I find it interesting that the TH-14 was advertised as a (January) 1939 model, yet it is not in the 1939 Philco RMS Yearbook - it is in the 1940 RMS Yearbook.
