Hello and welcome.
There are two versions of the 91X. Here is the first one (June 1932):

In short (no pun intended), if you try to "fire it up" now, you might really fire it up!
Don't know exactly what you mean here. Photos would be very helpful.
Oh, and those aren't bulbs, they are tubes.
