Philco 610 schematic question
#1

I am restoring a Philco 610. It appears to match the schematic identified as the 2nd type in Rider's on page 7-78 except it does not have the radio/phono switch. The parts list (Page 7-88 ) does not show a #15 bakelite block capacitor (dual .09 Mfd) and this capacitor is not installed in the chassis. It does appear on the parts list and schematic of the earlier version (Pages 6-19 and 6-21). However, there is a .1 Mfd capacitor shown on the 2nd type schematic identified as #15 and there is a .1 Mfd tubular paper capacitor installed in the chassis connected as shown in the schematic. Should this capacitor remain? The parts list for the 2nd type also lists a #25 capacitor (.05 Mfd) that is not shown on the 2nd type schematic but is shown on the earlier schematic. This capacitor is installed as shown on the earlier schematic. Should it remain?
