I am in the process of restoring a Philco 37-620 tombstone ( trapezoid) radio,,, i have searched over every wiring diagram i can find for this radio and cant find this wire on any of them ... the wire appeared to have been cut   but hangs loose at the front of the radio close to the  on-off switch  and the 2 caps.  what appears to be a white wire with a green stripe.. runs across the front of the radio to the opposite side and  solders into the strip  on the third solder connection.  any suggestions or knowledge would be greatly appreciated
