Identify this radio please.

I just bought this radio and there was nothing inside to indicate what model it is. The cabinet looks very similar to the 16X other then the knobs and the dial plate. It’s also very similar to the Model 650X other then the ornate top that the 650X has.

It’s got 2-42 tubes, an 80, two 78’s, a 75 and one that I can’t make out, perhaps the 6A7.

The chassis says it’s a 3650, code 121, and it’s run 11.

I believe it’s the 650 but the cabinet design is throwing me off so I would really appreciate if a more knowledgeable member could confirm and let me know which schematic to use.
