Welcome to the Phorum, Brian! Back in my youth there was a corner-store shop that did nothing but rebuild picture tubes. You might want to search for rebuilding services. You are dealing with very potent voltages with televisions, and the set will need a complete 'going-through' and can get pricey very quick.
