I didn't know that the 1932 Philcos had water soluble on the dials? I thought that was more of a problem with the 1936-38 dials? The dial on the 90 chassis I have is fine, which is a 1931 set, and the one on my 3118 is fine and it's a 1934 set, it also came from a damp basement.
