Let's see...

Grommet #1 -
Large size, Models 116, 640, 641, 643. 645, 650, 651, 655, 660, 665. I would assume 680 also.
Smaller size, Models 610, 611, 620, 623, 624, 625, 630, 635, 642.

Grommet #2 -
It's easier to list the 1937 models that DID NOT use these, and they are: 37-33, 37-84, 37-93, 37-600, 37-602, 37-604. All other 1937 Philcos used these.
