I don't get it, either. And the quoted shipping costs do not include incoming Korean customs fees. Interesting thing to note is that an empty cabinet cost exactly the same as an entire radio.
If you want to see for yourself, though, plug in your zip and Pyeongtaek, South Korea 451-807. That's FedEx only. We don't seem to have UPS here, and I have no idea where the DHL depot is. At least FedEx is on most of the military posts.
