MMFD = micro-microfarad.

Also seen on schematics as mmF, and on newer schematics as pF (picofarad).

Microfarad can be written MFD, MF, mF, µF or uF. All the same.

Rule of thumb:

1 pF = .000001 uF
10 pF = .00001 uF
100 pF = .0001 uF
1000 pF = .001 uF
10000 pF = .01 uF
100000 pF = 0.1 uF
1000000 pF = 1 uF
