UPDATE as I have taken it apart and learned more.

I need this part assembly total.

I could weld the Bracket and re bore it to 1/4
But the shaft has the Brass Bushing pressed in place.
Kinda hard to weld and turn shaft,

Looks like TOTAL lack of Lube and MUCH use of this radio is the cause.
