Early versions of the 37-116 have the five individual pins which connect to five individual connectors arranged in a row on the speaker. Later production 37-116 sets have the plug and jack as shown in Mike's (Morzh's) link.

In other words, you have an early version 37-116 and the five individual connectors are correct for your set.
