a. 25 cycle set: I never seen one for a 41-250; inside label says 115 volts,
50-60 cycles, 60 watts
b. Escutcheon: Mine has also shrunk, warped and cracked
It has the gold pinstripe around the perimeter exactly 1/8" from the edge
c. Brass strip: For Bass, Volume, Bands, Tuning under the eight push buttons
was buckled
d. PHILCO decal: Is on top of the cabinet above the escutcheon centered
on the top center brass screw. If you measure up from the top edge of
the first wooden log the logo will be centered 3/4" above it
