I have disconnected all wires from the transformer. Readings as below

9 & 10 = 416
9 & 8 = 200
10 & 8 = 216

3& 4 = .6
3& 5 = 0
4& 5 = 0

6& 7 = .6
7 & 8 = 0
6 & 8 = 0

Seems the center taps are the problem for the filaments. ?????
