38-12 power transformer

A couple of things:

1. I did replace the rectifier tube. Still had the same issue
2. I recapped the radio prior to even turning on
3. I used variac and brought power up slowly
4. The "under carriage" was a mess when I got it especially when looking at caps.

5. A lot of the caps including electrolytics used were not close to the same size that the parts list had. I rectified that.
6. I'm going to remeasure the readings coming off the power transformer later this week to compare again to schematics
7. Thank you for taking time to help me learn and offer suggestions.
