 As far as I know it will NOT lower the value of any radio if it' restored with care electrically, in fact I can't recall a proper electrical restoration even lowering the value of a late 1920s early 30s console, or anything later for that matter. It isn't that hard to restuff block condenser cans, recreate dogbone resistors, or find repro cloth covered wire if the original stuff is too far gone. Rola supplied speakers to a number of manufacturers much like Magnavox or Utah did, if it really needs reconing and can't be repaired you can send it to a pro or try doing it yourself with a replacement cone, if you have a light touch. Ozarka made some fairly collectable table sets but I can't recall that many people lusting after any of their consoles no matter how allegedly rare.
